Saeed Tahmasbi

I graduated from the University of Adelaide in Australia in 1995 and have a post-graduate degree in Engineering. I have had the opportunity to travel the world and live and work in countries like Australia, Canada, and the US while holding leadership positions in large companies with global presence. With most of my immediate family being active in trade and business I have had abundant exposure to entrepreneurship spirits and have always had an interest in realestate investment. Being meticulous with an analytical mind, I am committed to providing outstanding services in the following areas:

-- Marketing your home in the local community through internet and intranet media and providing additional exposure through utilizing my strong technical background in creating web virtual tours and participation in multiple listing services (MLS).

-- Focus on the needs of buyers and sellers and negotiate best possible contracts on behalf of clients to satisfy those needs.

-- Provide knowledgeable service in guiding clients through the sale and purchase of properties, coordinate property closing and signing of documents and ensure all terms of the contract are met prior to closing.
